1. HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND READY FOR PROCESSING?
Once the order(s) is completed, you will receive a confirmation email including your order code. For any payment by bank transfer or international cards, a proof of payment must be sent to us via mail payments@flowerstore.vn before the delivery, so that we can prepare you order(s) as soon as possible.
2. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER VIA PHONE OR CHAT?
We need all orders placed on our website at https://potico.vn but our staff can assist you via FB chat or phone call.
3. DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE?
Yes, we deliver nationwide.
4. HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?
Our shipping fee is based on the real distance among inner cities of Ho Chi Minh City & Ha Noi.
For other cities, shipping fee will be informed at the payment page.
5. DO YOU HAVE SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for all orders within Ha Noi & Ho Chi Minh City. For order(s) to other provinces, the delivery process may last 3-7 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays)
6. DO YOU ACCEPT ADVANCE ORDERS?
Yes. You can order now for future days (up to 365 days in advance)
7. HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

8. HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER(S)?
You can choose among the following payment options: Bank Transfer, payment by Credit cards, or via Paypal, Digital wallets (such as Momo, and ZaloPay,...), Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or Cash-pick-up (CPU).
As regards payment via bank transfer or credit card, a screenshot of proof of successful payment must be sent to payments@flowerstore.vn or our Facebook Messenger for our confirmation.
9. WHAT IS CASH PICK-UP (CPU) PAYMENT METHOD?
If you choose the cash pick-up (CPU) method, our driver will come to the sender's place to collect cash beforehand and deliver the order(s) to the recipient afterwards.
10. CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
Definitely. Please contact us via hotline (1900 633 537) or inbox us at our Facebook Messenger. Our Customer Support team will get back to you shortly for your customized orders.
11. WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIME SLOTS?
Our delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday (from 8:00AM - 7:00PM). You can select available delivery time at our product pages.
Delivery timeframe would be changed depending on holidays or any special occassions (Eg.Valentine & Internation Women's Day). Please check specific timeslots before placing orders.
12. CAN I MAKE THE SENDER ANONYMOUS?
Yes, we do not disclose the details of the sender unless his or her name is included on the message of the card.
13. HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES WITH ORDER?
For any requests to amend an order, please send us an email via contact@flowerstore.vn or call us at hotline (1900 633 537) within 3 hours before delivery schedule.
14. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel your order(s), please reach us via hotline (1900 633 537), Facebook Messenger or email contact@flowerstore.vn. Please notice that your order can only be canceled if it is not in delivery.
15. CAN WE MAKE THE DELIVERY INTO A SURPRISE?
Yes, we will only contact the recipient if our rider cannot find his/her address and we will not disclose that the delivery are flowers to keep it as surprises.
16. CAN I ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO MY ORDER?
You can do so by including your special instructions on the delivery note section during check-out while ordering through our website.
17. CAN YOU DELIVER AT THE SPECIFIC TIME?
We will deliver your order(s) following delivery time range stated on your order.
18. HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY FLOWERS?
Our flowers are delivered fresh cut. You can maintain its freshness and take care of them by following our "Care Instructions" attached to the bouquet.
19. HOW LONG DO FLOWERS USUALLY LAST?
Our flowers can last 3 to 5 days as long as it is placed at room temperature (except for sunflowers, which need to be placed near direct sunlight). Moreover, they can last longer if you follow "Care Instructions" attached to the bouquet.
