The following clauses constitute a binding agreement between the parties:
- The website potico.vn is owned by FLOWERSTORE VIETNAM CO., LTD .
- FLOWER STORE VIETNAM CO., LTD. owns the rights to all information on the website, including articles, photographs, and process design. Copying and sharing for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Individuals or groups can place online orders using the FlowerStore Vietnam company's website https://potico.vn/en an e-commerce website, or by calling our hotline: 1900633537
- Customers will be referred to as "Buyers" after making a purchase. Buyers shall be assumed to recognize the customer's rights and obligations.
- Any request to place an order on the website https://potico.vn/en or through support tools (phone, Facebook Messenger, Zalo...) implies that the consumer has read, understood, and accepted the "Terms of Purchase." The customer is not necessary to sign these conditions if he or she understands and accepts them.

TERMS 1 – APPLICATION PURPOSE
The contents of the "Terms of Purchase" apply only to sales made through the website https://potico.vn/en or over the phone. 2.2 Customers must complete the procedure to give personal contact information in order to place an order. Customers must complete out certain needed information in order to place an order. Customers must provide precise, specific, and full data. Our organization has the right to refuse and cancel an order if the consumer gives incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information. All financial risks that may arise when using the web interface with his registered account are solely the responsibility of the consumer.

We deliver everywhere in the Viet Nam. We will have a separate notice on the order page depending on the product and the inventory status in each location. To place an order successfully, customers must complete the essential procedures on the website.
Customers' information will be used later in the delivery process if they register with us. If there is an issue with the supply or payment information for previous orders, we reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse all customer orders.
TERM 4 - ORDER STATUS
Samples are available in the same order as they appear on our website, subject to stock availability. However, if we do not have enough materials or are out of stock unexpectedly, we will contact clients to discuss alternative choices; the order will only take effect if we receive the customer's consent.
TERM 5 - PRICE & PAYMENT
Product prices may differ depending on the time of year or promotional activities. Customers can pay us directly or send us a wire transfer. We reserve the right to adjust the price of goods at any moment, but always at the most competitive price with the best quality in order to promote competitiveness and protect customers' interests.
Customers can make payments via bank transfer, PayPal, COD, pick up money on the spot, or pay in person. Please read the Payment Methods section for further information on how to make a payment.
TERM 6 - DELIVERY
6.1 General Conditions
We deliver everywhere in the Viet Nam. We will have a separate notice on the order page depending on the product and the inventory status in each location. Orders will be delivered to the customer's given address at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for giving all required information for a seamless delivery process, such as the recipient's name, exact address, house number, province, street name, district name, ward, commune, and contact phone number... We are not liable for delivery to the incorrect address owing to the customer's error.
6.2 Delivery Time
We will deliver the goods at the requested time after the order has been confirmed. We will tell the customer in advance if the delivery time is changed. Only with both parties' approval may orders be placed. Depending on the weather or traffic circumstances in the delivery region, delivery time may be earlier or later.
6.3 Shipping
We will choose a delivery partner for you. Unintended hazards, such as breakage and damage, can occur when goods are in transit. If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact Potico's customer service department within 30 minutes of receiving the products so that we may assist with the exchange. Furthermore, if the receiver does not receive a FlowerStore.vn delivery, Potico.vn will assist delivery within the same day or the next day, up to three times. In the event of a failed delivery, Potico.vn will cancel the order and there will be no reimbursement. Customers should double-check the status of their packages as well as the quantity of orders they have placed. Any complaints about the shipment of products must be reported to the appropriate authorities.
TERM 7 - RETURN & REFUND
On the website www.Potico.vn, we are responsible for giving the most full and correct information about the product samples, including photos, colors, designs, sizes, quantities, materials, and so on. Only when a product does not fit the description on our website or the specifications of the customer's purchase order will it be returned or refunded. Refund will be issued within 7-10 working days.
In case due to the fault of the client, products returned incomplete, broken, damaged, unclean, torn, lost tag, etc. will not be accepted.
TERM 8 - CUSTOMER SERVICE

TERM 9 - VAT INVOICE
Customers should request a VAT invoice by filling out the invoice issuance form in the Potico.vn confirmation email or calling or texting the Fanpage within 05 hours of placing their order. Unfortunately, after 05 hours of ordering, Potico.vn will not be able to process invoice requests; we appreciate your understanding.
Potico.vn only issues VAT invoice for fresh flower products and certain gift items in the HCMC area. For further assistance, please contact our customer service staff.
